The 40 mm Smoke Grenade ARDG-40 provides effective screening action against enemy troops.

The grenade has delayed action timer device ensuring smoke start at distance from muzzle 200m.

The grenade is effective both against visual and infrared devices.

The ammunition is designed for use with the following grenade launchers:

- GP-25 under-barrel grenade launcher
- GP-30 under-barrel grenade launcher
- RG-6 and “ AVALANCHE � revolver grenade launchers

The ammunition is safe in storage, handling and operation and ensures the reliable performance of the grenade launchers in all weather conditions.
